LIVE from the Culinary Studio, Red Seal Chefs Jody O’Malley and Kirstie Herbstreit guided participants through all aspects of the recipe, from preparation to cooking with technique and plate presentation.
Our chefs created an authentic Bavarian feast that highlighted the traditional foods that Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest is known for!
Each ticket included food service for 4 people.
First Course:
Beer, Cheese & Potato Soup with Sausage & Pretzel Knödel (dumpling)
Featuring cheese from Mountainoak Cheese, sausage from Fore Quarter Butcher Shop & pretzel from Grainharvest
Second Course:
Classic Schnitzel with Grainy Mustard & Gherkin Cream Sauce with Buttered Egg Noodles & Julienne Apple, Beet & Cabbage Salad
