Submit your application with a paragraph or short video on why YOU should be the 2024 Local Parade Marshal! Whether it’s your love for the tradition, passion for polka or our community – be creative and let your personality shine!

Submit your entries by Monday, September 2nd, 2024 at noon. The winner will be announced in early September, giving you plenty of time to prepare for your grand moment in the spotlight!

Rules & Regulations:
Must be available on Parade day, Monday, October 14th, 2024.
Must live in Waterloo Region.
All ages welcome to apply.
Must be willing to have their name promoted as the Local Parade Marshal.
Parade cannot be used to promote religious or political views.

Selection Process: The winner will be chosen by a selection committee (K-W Oktoberfest Inc. staff) based on their enthusiasm and their ability to convey their love for the community and the Festival.
